The side entrance looked a bit run-down. It could use some tlc.

i found a smart tv with internet in my room. the bed was quite comfy. i was the only guest for one of my two nights (i stayed for two nights), so it reminded me of a home.

the stairs into the hotel are really steep. i discovered only one small bathroom serves four rooms. the kitchen seemed tired. it had doors hanging at an odd angle.

uncomfortable bed isolated location

The bed was really uncomfortable, i felt every spring. i think the mattress has seen better days. It sagged in the middle. the noise was another issue, you could hear every guest using their keys, and it echoed! the location was also a bit isolated, especially at night i did not feel safe walking alone.

my room was quite spacious (a pleasant surprise!) and very clean upon arrival. the kitchen had everything i needed, including a washing machine, useful. fresh breakfast items looked daily like bread and cereal, allowing me to start my day right. i also appreciated the quick text responses i received when i had questions.

the location, while convenient, can get a little noisy at times.

The location was quite convenient. It was close enough to the city centre for a walk. it allowed me to easily see various attractions. the owners were friendly, cute, and helpful. i would stay here again. The communication from the host was also good.

i wasn't aware the hotel was in the middle of a housing area.
